Since we took over in the spring of 2006, we continue to restore, refurbish and add our own contemporary style to this Edwardian building. We aim to offer our guests a comfortable and lasting experience. For your safety camera surveillance is in operation within public areas of the building. Let us know if you need anything else, since we try to make everything as easy and enjoyable as possible. |

A comfortable well presented spacious super king room en suite room. Room 1 originally the drawing room has a king size bed, sofas and a large modern en suite with spacious panoramic views of the Edinburgh skyline. Rooms 5 and 6 are also extra large, room 5 is located at the rear where as room 6 has comfortable seating and excellent views of the skyline. Large comfortable (but firm!) beds.

All rooms are spacious and have modern en suites. Rooms 3 and 7 have king size 2 metre beds. Rooms 3 &4 are located at the rear of the building which is extremely quiet; 7 at the front both having brilliant skyline views of Edinburgh. Wireless Internet Access throughout. Central heating with individual temperature controls in each room. Large comfortable (but firm!) beds. Televisions and tea/coffee making hospitality tray. if there's anything else you need, from an iron, hair dryer, ice (for a quick aperitif before a night on the town!), then please don't hesitate to ask! We're here to do all we can to make everything as easy and enjoyable as possible!
